Michelin-starred Hototogisu Ramen was founded in 2006 by Chef Atsushi Yamamoto in Tokyo, Japan. Achieving the honour of being awarded the prestigious One Michelin Star for two years in a row in the Tokyo Michelin Guide 2019 and 2020, it has been a journey for a ramen shop which started out as a humble 8-seater.
Never resting on his laurels, Chef Yamamoto has once again created an exceptional concept for his 8th shop at Waterway Point.
Debuting his �Bubble Soup�, the signature Porcini Cappuccino Ramen and Yuzu Cappuccino Ramen features a light and foamy Porcini and Yuzu sauce resembling the foam cap of a cappuccino.
